Departing from Melbourne ,State Theatre 6:45 AM State Theatre, Saint Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC, Australia Our day started early, because for us we wanted to get to the attractions before the crowds. On this tour, the guide will drive inland in the morning, and then pass through the world-famous coastline, the Great Ocean Road. The first stop will be in a small rural town where you can relax and enjoy coffee and breakfast (at your own expense). From there we head straight to the first attraction, the Twelve Gates, and the observation deck of this internationally renowned magnificent limestone formation. It won't be overcrowded either. Also come to Loch Ard Gorge, where your guide will tell the legend of Loch Ard and take the canyon to life in ways you never imagined. We took the time to explore here and see more of the rock formations. Stunning at Gibson Steps lookout platform At Kennett River, we take a detour into the fragrant eucalyptus forest in search of some local koalas in their native habitat. We also had the chance to see colorful local birds, including crimson roses and king parrots. We will have lunch here.(Lunch at your own expense) Lunch stop (at your own expense) will be in the lovely town of Canbeier Harbour, and if you prefer, you can walk to the gated area. Take some amazing photos of the beach! As you leave the Twelve Disciples area, you will drive through the Great Otway National Park, one of Australia's most stunning rainforests The final stop will be in the quaint coastal town of Lorne for another epic seaside view.
