After you have successfully paid on the platform, we need to confirm with the overseas service provider whether there are seats/tickets. Since the group seat inventory cannot be updated with the overseas real-time for the time being, your successful payment on the platform does not mean that you have successfully registered/ticketed. Please wait for the confirmation notification. If the confirmation is successful, you will be sent an electronic group voucher/ticket. It will be sent to you on the same day unless there are special circumstances, and postponed during holidays. If it is confirmed again that the seat is full, the booking will be closed and refunded.
