Itinerary request: London - Windsor Castle - Stonehenge - Bath - London Tour Overview Gather at 7:30 am and depart on time at 8:00 am. Windsor Castle (admission ticket included) Historic Windsor Castle stands majestically on a wooded hill overlooking the Thames. The castle dates back to Norman times and, with its extensive landscaped gardens and round towers, it's easy to see why it's the Queen's preferred weekend royal Windsor residence. Enjoy a fascinating peek into the State Apartments, which house priceless artworks by Rembrandt and Da Vinci, and visit St. George's Chapel, the resting place of former monarchs including Henry VIII. You can visit Queen Mary's Dolls' House, a truly incredible structure complete with a working lift, running water, electricity, and wine bottles, all in miniature! Mysterious Stonehenge (admission ticket included) The true meaning of this ancient and awe-inspiring structure has been lost in the mists of time. Was Stonehenge a temple of sun worship, a healing center, a cemetery, or a giant calendar? How did our ancestors manage to transport the huge stones from so far away and then, using only primitive tools, build this amazing structure? Surrounded by mystery, Stonehenge never fails to impress. Bath Standing proudly on a hillside above the River Avon, beautiful Bath was the first city in England to be named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The ornate 15th-century Bath Abbey, stunning Georgian architecture and the romantic Pulteney Bridge, modelled on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence, are all sights to remember. Roman Baths and Pump Rooms (admission ticket included) No trip to Bath is complete without a visit to the famous Roman Baths that give the city its name. This beautifully preserved bathing complex still uses water from the only thermal springs in Britain. Marvel at the dazzling torch-lighting ceremony as dusk falls (not available in summer), and sip Bath’s healing waters in the neoclassical salon, the Pump Room. Estimated time of arrival back in London is around 8:00 PM.
