Loire Valley Castle one-day tour
Day 1 ParisNote: Please contact customer service to confirm the location Tour Overview Meet the staff at the meeting point at 7:00 am and board the bus to start the journey. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of France along the way and arrive at the castle complex in about 2 hours. The fairy-tale-like Château de Chambord, François I's castle, is a symbol of French Renaissance art. You can visit the different rooms at your own pace and enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the estate from the top of the castle terrace. You will then go to the Château de Chenonceau to admire this architectural masterpiece and learn about its history. The castle was built by many women, so it is also known as the "female' Castle". At lunchtime, the staff will recommend some places to have lunch. After lunch, take a bus for about an hour and a half to the Château de Cheverny. You can visit the park outside the castle and its 6 themed gardens (including the orchard "le Jardin Sucré"). The castle is also famous for its hound hunting and you will be able to see the large kennels where a hundred dogs are kept. We will depart for Paris around 5pm and are expected to arrive in Paris around 8pm, marking the end of our trip.
