Is a French delicate pastry with a crisp shell & soft interior, perfect for any occasion. In one hour and a half, you will learn in-depth about the making of The Macarons: STARTING we will start with a little introduction… where do you think macarons comes from?? FILLING we will do a ganache (chocolat) filling, and learn the tricky part of this delicious filling SHELLS the most important part!... we will use the Italian meringue method, make the piping and show you how to do to well success them MACARONS we will paire the shells with the ganache filling and/or a home made jam. Some others surprises will be also been on disposal. We'll bake with a small group, and have a sparkling wine, coffee or tea as we enjoy them! This is a wonderful experience in Paris and a must try!
