You will receive hands-on training from a local professional chef who will guide you in creating your own fresh pasta, discovering techniques that are easy to replicate at home by transforming your kitchen into a flavor laboratory. We will explore Tuscan culinary traditions, with stories about recipes that have stood the test of time. We will choose fresh and seasonal ingredients, for dishes rich in authentic Tuscan flavors.
