The class will begin with a traditional aperitivo with salumi and cheese from the Chianti region of Italy. Next, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch and the technique to knead it. As the next step, you’ll cut long-shaped pasta, including tagliatelle, fettuccine or pappardelle. Class will continue by transforming pasta dough into ravioli and practice piping skills to add a seasonal filling. Finish the class with a layered tiramisu to satisfy your sweet tooth.
