As you follow their step-by-step guidance, you will learn how to make the dough and how to stretch a perfect Pizza. Then you will be free to choose how to season your pizza. There will be different toppings from organic and km0 ingredients (if in season you can even pick tomatoes and zucchini from their veggie garden) to Italian Mozzarella and Salame. When is ready you will cook pizza in a real wood oven! After the class, when everything is ready, if the weather permits, you will dine alfresco.
