Live an exclusive experience in the first urban aging cave of signature cured meats and cheeses, in Taste'accio, below Monte dei Cocci di Testaccio, where the natural temperature between 10 and 15 °, has meant that for centuries it was one of the ancient "fridges" in which food goods were stored, today a true "vault" of gastronomic treasures, an ideal environment for the natural maturation of cured meats and cheeses, which with a slow and homogeneous maturation, here improve their organoleptic quality, giving truly unique flavors. We will visit the aging cave, learn how to cut cheeses as master tasters, taste six types of Lazio cheeses and six types of cold cuts from only small local producers, paired with two glasses of wine for an authentic experience of promoting the Lazio territory, all in the midst of periodic art exhibitions by emerging Roman artists.
