This class is for anyone who would like to experience the art of wagashi-making, (Wagashi is a general term for Japanese Sweets) The purpose of this class is to familiarize you with Japanese sweets making and we will have lots of fun making them, even if they are not perfect! You will also get to know the history and culture behind mochi and other traditional sweets. After the class you will be able to taste your creations with a bowl of Matcha tea for the Nerikiri Wagashi class.
