If you start using the pass between 00:00 am and 2:59 am, 00:00 am to 2:59 am will be counted as 1 day, and from 3:00 am onwards, only 4 days will remain. [How to use] When you complete your reservation, the system will send an booking confirmation email to the email address email address you logged in. Please check the email for the voucher with the link to the e-ticket. You can also click the booking details link in the email to confirm the booking information. When using the e-ticket for the first time, please click the "Use" button on the e-ticket. Please open the electronic ticket on your mobile device and show it to the ticket gate staff or bus driver. [Precautions] ○ Only tourists visiting Japan can purchase this ticket. Please be sure to bring your passport with you when using it. Foreigners and Japanese living in Japan cannot purchase this ticket. ○ If all other members, including the user, are visitors to Japan, you can purchase tickets for up to 8 people at a time. ○After showing the ticket once, please board the bus with the number of people indicated on the ticket at the same time. [Ride regulations] ○ If any improper riding behavior is found, the fare will be increased or the ticket will be cancelled, or both. If the ticket is used by multiple passengers, even if only one of them is an improper rider, the same punishment will be imposed on all passengers in the group. ○The following are all considered as improper riding behavior. · When a person who is not eligible to use the ticket uses the ticket. · When the number of users exceeds the number of tickets. · When the user uses the ticket without his/her passport. · When the user listed on the ticket has given up ownership of the ticket. · When riding railways or trains using invalid tickets (including fake tickets) as defined in the passenger business rules established by major transportation operators. · When riding a bus with an invalid ticket (including a fake ticket) as stipulated in the Transportation Terms for General Passenger Automobile Transportation Business established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation. ○ If the train is suspended due to an accident, you can take the alternative bus. You cannot request a refund or extend the validity period for the above reasons. ○ If you are unable to present your ticket due to battery exhaustion or malfunction of your mobile device, you will not be able to board the train. ○ If the battery of your mobile device runs out or malfunctions when you exit the ticket gate, you will be charged the ordinary bus fare from your boarding station (if you do not know the name of the boarding station, the farthest station will be used) to your alighting station.
