This is why he had the mission to introduce a new kind of rum! This became Spirited Union Distillery. Here, he shows that rum can also be infused with natural botanicals to create a new, interesting flavour pattern. In his distillery in Amsterdam you can see with your own eyes how this is done with a full tour or different workshops.
