Itinerary reference: With over 7 million flower bulbs, the Keukenhof "Garden of Europe" will be in full bloom this spring with up to 800 varieties of tulips, a rare encounter that is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Spend 3 hours in Keukenhof, immersing you in the floral atmosphere and enjoying lunch. Then we take you to see the natural tulip fields up close. You will be mesmerized by the colorful tulip sea world! (Depending on the season and nature, when the tulip fields are not in bloom, we can see other flower fields such as daffodils, hyacinths and crocuses.) An added bonus of the tulip tour is a visit to the charming city of Delft, the birthplace of traditional Delft Blue Pottery (visiting Royal Delft is optional and museum admission ticket are not included). We will provide a guide tour at a registered pottery factory and demonstrate how to make traditional Delft pottery (included). Delft is the birthplace of Dutch master painter Johannes Vermeer, and the medieval Old Church of Delft is where Johannes Vermeer is buried. Once the seat of the House of Orange and the burial place of royal family members, the 15th-century New Church overlooks Delft's bustling Market Square.
