This not JUST a walking tour nor JUST a cheese and wine tasting. Your guide Michael has 20 years experience running his own cheese shop in Switzerland, he now spends most of his time writing and talking about cheese, including taking guests on his unique cheese "Shopping Walks". On his tours you will visit 2 or 3 cheese shops and learn how to spot the best cheeses and how to make a perfect cheese board. The tasting is held in a unique wine shop in the centre of the city, but in rather a secret location! The owner will give an introduction about Dutch Wine and he will choose a White and a Red Wine to compliment the cheeses. Michael will then serve the cheeses with bread and explain why they all look, smell and taste different. You'll also learn how the cheeses are made the history of the recipes.
