Reconfirmation: After you have successfully paid on the platform, we need to reconfirm with overseas partners whether there are seats/tickets. Since the group seat inventory cannot be updated in real time with overseas service providers for the time being, your successful payment on the platform does not mean that you have successfully booked the itinerary/ticket. Please wait patiently for the reconfirmation notification. If the confirmation is successful, an electronic group voucher/ticket will be sent to you. If there are no special circumstances, it will be sent to you within 1-2 working days, and it will be postponed during holidays. If it is confirmed again that the group seats/tickets are full, the booking will be automatically closed and refunded. Occasionally, there will be translation errors and changes in the itinerary arrangement order, so please follow the arrangements of the driver and guide on the day of departure. 6. The departure time, itinerary duration, scenic spots, scenic spot pictures, etc. in the copy are for reference only. There may be differences due to specific arrangements, seasonal climate, and specific tour details. The driver and guide may adjust according to the actual situation on the day. This store does not accept claims for reasons that the product copy itinerary does not match the picture description. 7. Once you place an order and pay successfully, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the itinerary, fee description, refund and change policy, and other instructions. If you have any other objections, please do not use this as a reason to request cancellation of the booking, refund or compensation. 8. If the trip is not possible due to force majeure such as weather, local strikes, demonstrations, road closures, etc., or if the attractions (including some attractions) are temporarily closed due to official notification, our store cannot provide a refund. Once the registration is successful, no refund or change application will be supported 48 hours before departure, please be aware. 9. The trip may end later than expected due to weather, traffic or other force majeure factors. It is strongly recommended that you do not arrange long-distance transportation such as connecting flights, trains, bus, cruise, etc., or connect with other fixed-time and unchangeable activity on the day of the trip, so as to avoid unnecessary losses. Multiple people can share quantity voucher, and the group can just show the e-voucher.
