Restrictions within the urban area:The car service we provide is mainly limited to the urban area. If your trip exceeds this range, such as remote areas or neighboring cities, you will need to pay additional fees. Please consult customer service for details. 2. No orders will be accepted during specific time periods and locations:During special activity such as large-scale concerts, activity , performances, and competitions, we will not accept booking to or through these places and nearby hotels due to traffic congestion near the stadium, heavy crowds, and frequent traffic control. Please contact customer service for details. 3. No orders are accepted in public places:Due to the inconvenience of parking and traffic congestion in public places such as shopping malls and restaurants, we will not accept booking departing from these places. If you need to park or wait near the mall, you need to do so in a public parking lot or designated pick-up point. Please contact customer service for details. 4. Nighttime car:If you pick-up time between 22:00-05:00, you will need to pay a night service fee in addition to the fee paid for the booking . Please consult customer service for details. 5. Other matters needing attention:① The car service needs to be booked in advance, and please make sure to provide accurate pick-up time, location and itinerary information (please correctly fill in the English name or address of the hotel where you get on and off the bus. If it is a homestay, please fill in the Google Map location address. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect address entry shall be borne by the passenger)②The driver is Thai and does not speak Chinese/Mandarin, but only basic English. You can contact customer service to help coordinate communication with the driver during the use of the car③ It is forbidden to bring food or items with strong odors such as durian on board. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the car. When getting off the car, please take your valuables with you. If they are lost, we will not be responsible.④ If the guest is prone to motion sickness, please bring your own plastic bag. If the guest vomits in the car, the driver needs to pay for the cleaning fee (the guest is also responsible for any other behavior that causes vehicle problems)⑤ Thailand has implemented new safety traffic rules. After getting on the bus, please be sure to fasten your seat belts. If a passenger does not wear a seat belt and is caught by the police, the fine will be borne by the passenger. Please read all relevant matters carefully. If you take a photo of the product, it will be deemed that you have known and approved the relevant instructions. We will provide services based on this. If the guest abandons the trip for some reason, please cancel the booking according to normal procedures and reject all unreasonable refund requests.
