Yi-Peng Lanna Sky Lantern Festival 2024 • 15.00 pm Register at the meeting point at Lotus Pangsuankaew Hotel to get your seat card document. • 16.00 transfer service from Chiang Mai city (free transportation) • Shuttle service is available from Chiang Mai city (Lotus Hotel parking lot) to Gassan Panorama Golf Club Lamphun venue, 40 seats in air-conditioned bus. The first bus departs at 4:00 pm and the last bus departs at 5:00 pm. (Please show your seat card or e-ticket at the counter) • 16.30 Welcome & Registration: Welcome to Yeepeng Lanna 2024 (YLF 2024) and register at the venue • During the 17.30 activity, the traditional activity of releasing water lanterns into the pond • 18.00 DIY activity • 18.45 Dinner and Northern Thai Cultural Experience: 1 We have prepared a variety of meals, snacks and drinks covering all Thai flavors • 2. Enjoy dinner and cultural performances in a pleasant atmosphere. • 20.00 The cultural groups move to the venue and take their seats. • 20.30 Wonderful cultural show • 21.00 Monks chanting (Buddhist ceremony): 1. Northern Thai monks will start chanting at around 20:30. Due to religious customs, please be careful about your words and actions during the process. • 2. Do not eat or drink during the chanting period. • 3. After the chanting, there will be a brief operation guide. Please pay attention to it to help you better participate in the sky lantern activity. • 4. Safety first, please do not get burned by fire; if you bring children with you, please keep fire away from them • 21.30 There is only one chance to release sky lanterns during the traditional sky lantern festival. After the first sky lantern activity, we will provide 2 additional opportunities to release sky lanterns. There are 3 opportunities in total • 22.00 The sky lantern release activity ends. • 22.30 Return to hotel • -After the activity, the bus will be waiting for you in the parking lot and will take you to the hotel safely.
